B12

I got a call from my doctor the other day that my B12 was really low and I am to take 1000mcg each now.
I went to the drugstore and the pharmacist recommended Jamieson's. Has anyone had any experience with B12 deficiency .

Hi, I was told B12 cannot be efficiently absorbed in tablet form but must be injected so I have B12 injections every three months, given by my doctor. Hope this helps
